The art of Joey Mars has been seen all over the world from the boardwalk shops of Venice Beach, Indonesia and Cape Cod to the galleries of Provincetown and New York City. Mars attended art school in Boston at Vesper George School of Art and The Art Institute of Boston. His Rock and Roll posters from the late 80's and early 90's propelled Joey onto the national stage with his own line of clothing and posters. Commercially Mars' artwork has promoted the products, entities and licenses of Budweiser, Pepsi, K2, Glen Plake, Grateful Dead, Aerosmith, Live Nation, WBCN, WFNX, Shop Therapy and The Boston Phoenix. He has exhibited his paintings in New York City, Key West, Boston, Worcester and Provincetown. He is a partner in Helltown Workshop. Joey Mars is a former studio member and president of The Worcester Artist Group, Inc., a non profit arts organization. Mars currently resides on Cape Cod with his wife and daughter. web site
