Adam Wentworth. Opening reception is Friday June 29th from 7-10pm. Exhibit runs till July 10, 2012... The exhibit will showcase this diverse yet very connected sector of established and emerging artists. Dave Tree , Boston punk rock legend from the band Tree, multimedia artist, and former WBCN DJ has been focusing on his Death of NASA series where he alters, screen prints, and hand paints, vintage images of Apollo Missions with skulls in prominent positions on the Lunar Module, Spacewalkers and Rockets. The works are presented as 3D cutouts that float off the walls. Ned Sonntag, King Features Syndicate Artist for the Betty Boop license, a monthly contributor to Outlaw Biker and Dimensions Magazine will be showing works of Voluptuous Women , where the heroines are all chubby, shapely, powerful, sexy females hot on the trail of Alien Love, Crime or Fried Chicken . Ned recently did illustrations for the band Wilcos video track Dawned on Me from their album The Whole Love
